Disney English Mission 迪士尼英语的目标
Our mission is to transform children’s learning by combining immersive content, innovative technology, and engaging teaching methods that inspire children to confidently communicate with the world in their own voice.

Key Responsibilities 主要责任
- Recruitment:
   Conducting in-depth screens and assess potential candidates
   Using innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates. Sourcing tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and diversity-oriented sites & blogs
   Making cold call to potential candidates and make the 1st phone interview
   Managing interview arrangement for hiring manager and offering process
   Hiring system operation( REQ opening, position posting, interview feedback update, offer generating)
- HR Operations:
   Pre-onboarding preparation
   Coordination of on-boarding training
   Generate and prepare weekly recruitment report
- Others tasks assigned by line manager

Job Qualifications　职位资格
   Good English written and spoken skill. Experience in recruitment is preferred
   A strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs
   Excellent communication skill
   Good in communicate across multiple departments and levels.
   Strong execution and quick response to the task
   Outstanding attention to detail
   Resourceful, with exceptional problem solving skills
   Ability to maintain confidential information

辅导书，游戏卡，英语歌曲以及家长和孩子的在线课堂等一系列奥妙无穷的课后家庭互动学习，迪士尼鼓励孩子在家中与您一起分享英语乐趣，进一步提高英语驾驭能力。
