Responsibility:

A Understand customers' needs, value propositions and future trend of the market and develop marketing strategies to win customers

B Work closely with Global MKT team and local operation team to Plan and Launch marketing programs based on proposed in our marketing plan and up-to-date performance,

C Collect market intelligence about competitor information, customer need survey termly. to implement program better

D Organize and implement the production of MKT colletaral,such as product brochures, promotion flyers, and catalog (if necessary) ,sales tools, advertisement, e-blast in Chinese or English version .to tie in marketing program

E Assist to product lunch, Conduct product training


Requirements:

l Master Degree or Doctor Degree in Bioscience or other Appropriate Science

2 3 to 4 years experience in Marketing/sales and /or similar marketing experience in the industry

3 Presentation skill; Proficiency in Chinese and English

4 Analytic skill; Business report writing; Project management

5 Personal Computer knowledge
