- Familiar with TS16949 and ISO 14001;
熟悉TS16949汽车质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系。
- Good problem solving, project management and good communication skills;
良好的问题解决、项目管理能力和良好的沟通能力。
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
良好的中英读写及交流能力。
Fundamental Purpose 基本描述：
Plans, directs, and coordinates new manufacturing processes, continuously improve and maintain the existing process for better quality and low cost.
规划、决断和协调新的制造工艺，持续改进和维护现有工艺寻求更高质量和低成本生产。
Main Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Specifying processes design for new programs and determine process proposal, provides capital estimation on all equipments and toolings and complete preliminary MPPS for department Manager’s review. 定义新项目的工艺流程设计并确定工艺方案，为所有的设备和工装夹具提供资本评估并完成初步的投资分析交给部门经理评审。

2. Formulating equipments specification or standards for released program to outside suppliers, leading equipments and toolings’s sourcing. 为新项目向供应商详述设备的规格或标准，主导设备和工装夹具的选购。

3. Establishing and coordinating required fixtures, cutting tools, gages activities and evaluating proposals for new manufacturing processes. 为新的制造工艺建立和协调所需夹具、切削刀具和检具的评估方案。

4. Reviewing and approving supplier’s design and deviations, following up equipment building schedule and performing executive review periodically with supplier. 评审和批准供应商的设计和偏差，跟踪设备的制造计划并定期的执行与供应商进度审查。

5. Leading the relative process documents creation and review with function team on Process flow Diagram, Metrology review, PFMEA, Control Plan, Pictorial Process Sheet etc. 主导多功能小组创建和评审相关的工艺文件，如：工艺流程图、过程潜在失效模式及后果分析、控制计划、工艺卡片等。

6. Leading all certification activities on supplier’s equipment including runoff, equipments installation, plant certification, PPAP and launch etc, and complete Certification Book. 主导所有设备的认证活动，包括调试、设备安装、厂内验证、PPAP和Launch等，并完成 “验收手册”.

7. Evaluating and troubleshooting the existing processes to achieve high quality and throughput targets. 发现并解决当前工艺过程中的问题从而实现高质量和产量的目标。

8. Providing technical support for other AAM facility or JV facility as required.
根据需要为其他AAM工厂或合资厂提供必要的技术支持。

9. Perform other duties as assigned from Dept. Manager.
完成部门经理交办的其他工作。

Special Working Requirement特殊工作要求：
？ Machining ME: familiar with machining technology, such as CNC programming, cutting tools design and selection, fixtures and gages design, CNC equipment operations etc.
机械加工工程师：熟悉机加工技术，如：CNC程序，切削刀具的设计及选用，夹具和检具的设计，CNC设备的操作等。
