Job Description and Profile

A Training Specialist will be primarily responsible for the effective knowledge transfer to customer. There are many duties and responsibilities attached to it such as designing the processes and materials required for the customer and employee training necessities.

He/she needs to provide the training from diverse fields related to the needs
of customer and TS organization and provides training to the new hires of the TS
organization in order to achieve functional excellence.

He/she will need to standardize and optimize training processes.
He or she is responsible fordelivering the instructional materials for both customers and employees.
He or she has to collect and develop the instructional materials to meet the requirements of the organization and various clients.
It is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to customer.
It is very necessary to ensure the proper and effective training is maintained always.
Training Consultant Education, Training and Qualifications

The basic degree required to do have rich experience to deliver training presentation and in Instructional design of training courses.
The person needs to have a PH.D degree in Biological Science.
The person needs to have the knowledge of Life Technologies' product portfolio.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
The required skills and specifications are as follows:

The person needs to have the excellent communication skills both verbal and
written to do the job.
He or she should have the good presentation skills.
He or she should have the strong analytical skills to analyze the different
aspects carefully.
The other skills required are the customer care and interpersonal skills.
He or she should be able to advise people correctly on different important
issues.
He or she should have the strong presence and multitasking skills.
