职位描述：
按照已经批准的采购申请，按时完成询价，比价及下采购订单的工作，确保按时交货，并确保总成本最低，提供相应工作报告；
According to approved PR, accomplish RFQ, bid abstract, PO placement on time, and make sure on time delivery of the required goods, make sure the lowest total cost, and provide working report.
正确理解公司采购流程，并确保责任范围内的所有采购活动均按流程执行。
Understand the company’s purchasing procedure, make sure the purchasing activities under responsibility comply with the procedure.
跟踪收到的采购申请及签订的采购订单的执行情况，掌握供应商交货时间节点,及时向项目组或采购申请提出人提供PR及PO的状况,并提供书面跟踪记录，协调处理供货质量问题.
Follow up the status of received PR and placed PO, well understand the delivery milestones, provide tracking information of PR and PO status to project team or purchasing requistionor,coordinate and handle quality issue caused by delivery goods.
搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息，主导对所负责的供应商业绩进行评估；
Collect , analyze and review suppliers information, leading performance evaluation to suppliers under his responsibility;

Education / Experience
教育背景及工作经验
college's degree, Mechanical Manufacturing or other related major.
At least 3 years purchasing experiences.
Good English skill in reading/writing
学士学位、主修机械制造或其它相关专业，
至少３年采购经验，
能读/写英文邮件及其它英文文件
