职位描述：
一、职位描述与要求：
1、岗位职责：
负责产品试验测试方案的设计并组织实施，组织完成试验数据结果的分析与判定，出具试验报告，组织完成试验设备的校准与日常管理保养及试验室各类认证资质的获得与维护等。
2、任职资格：
（1）25-40岁，国家统招的一类院校相关对口专业的硕士研究生，具备机械、材料、化学等相关工科专业背景；
（2）机械设计或相关领域工程设计、工艺研制经验；
（3）熟练掌握机械原理和相关试验测试标准及流程；
（4）工作踏实，善于沟通及良好的团结协作精神；
（5）英语六级，具有良好的英文阅读水平和英文口语沟通能力。

二、薪酬及福利待遇
收入包括年薪、奖金等，年薪以人均9.6万/年为基数考核工作业绩发放。公司按规定为其缴纳养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险、住房公积金、大额医疗保险外，企业为吸纳和留住人才，还建立了比例高达个人工资标准8%以上的企业年金。 举报 分享
