职位描述：
1、 协助财务总监完成财务部日常工作；
2、 负责建立和完善公司已有的财务核算体系，财务管理、成本管理、资金管理控制流程；
3、 负责对公司财务报表、财务预算、经营状况情况表的复核；对公司财务状况进行专门的分析测算，确保财务信息的准确、及时；
4、 各项报销单据的审核，确保各项支付活动的真实、准确；
5、 进行税务规划，审核制定公司内部的税务安排使在合法合规的前提下，减少公司税收负担；
6、 制定和完善部门内部工作计划、管理制度、业务流程等，确保部门工作有序、高效、协调、规范；
7、 负责下属员工工作调配、业绩考核，并根据考核结果和实际工作表现实施沟通、培训、奖惩和工作调整；
8、 组织对公司固定资产、材料等的盘点、处置等资产监督管理工作，确保公司资产的安全有效；
9、 负责建立公司财务与内控制度，并监督公司各项财务管理制度的执行；
10、 负责编制公司月度资金计划与付款计划，并对相关收支计划进行监督与执行；
11、 其他由公司领导交待的事项。

职位要求：
1、 财会或相关专业本科以上学历；有3年以上财务经理经验；
2、 35岁以下，英文流利，有汽车行业经验优先考虑；
3、 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，熟练使用金蝶、用友等ERP 操作及运用，熟练制表及函数的运用；
4、 具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉财经法律法规和制度；
5、 工作细致，责任感强，有原则，良好的沟通能力、注重团队合作。 举报 分享
