岗位职责：

1、负责新员工的培训，制订团队发展规划；

2、根据公司的营销规划，完成团队销售目标；

3、负责客户的开发、拓展和维护；

任职要求：
1、口齿清晰，普通话流利；

2、对销售工作有较高的热情；

3、性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

4、有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度；

5、喜欢与人打交道，善于沟通，具有较强的团队协作精神
