任职资格：

1、正规院校本科以上学历，建筑设备工程、供热通风与空调等相关专业；

2、具有5年以上工作经验；

3、具有建筑暖通设计以及施工图设计经验；

4、熟练掌握CAD及其他与建筑设备设计相关的软件，熟练使用各种通用办公软件；

5、专业基础知识牢固，熟悉本专业各项规范、规程，了解本专业的***发展动态；

6、了解项目设计过程中各专业的配合流程；

7、敬业踏实，认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力；

8、工作踏实、认真，并希望自己的业务水平能健康发展，不断提高；

9、熟悉本专业相关规范、标准及新技术的应用，能够指导、协调和统一本专业所负责项目设计工作；

10、具有高度的工作责任心、工作事业心和对顾客服务的热心；

11、具有注册公用设备工程师（暖通空调专业）者优先。

GEA (international) was founded by Mr. Peng Peigen, a Chinese Canadian architect and professorfrom Tsinghua University. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture architecture design organization with Class A qualification in China. Having developed for 27 years, GEA has now becomea large architecture design group with 700 employees. It has by far completed over 1200 engineering design projects.

SDD(GEA shanghai)has a young and passionate management team, which is steady and innovative. With morethan 120 profession designers, the companys core design team is consisted of experienced foreign architects as well as overseas and local excellent architects, of whom nearly one third have been working for over 10 years and have rich practical experience. They are the reliable guarantee for high-quality works, which are under overall control and can be realized.
SDD provides owners with professional services including consultancy services of feasibility study of real estate, urban planning and design, architectural design, environmental design, interior design as well as structure and electromechanical design, and project management services etc.

SDD has completed works in first-tier cities like Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin etc. as well as different provinces including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hubei, Henan and Hebei.

Our clients ranges from real estate developers to various enterprises, public institutions andgovernmental agencies; our design works fall into many categories including residence, commercial and office building, hotel and holiday resort, cultural and education projects, public andmunicipal works as well as urban complexes, to name only a few.
