he Position

- 配合销售人员完成销售过程中的技术支持、方案讲解与交流、数据的整理、产品演示、销售拓展、及招投标工作，提升客户满意度；
- 把握项目中的技术环节，对项目的可靠性能提供建设性意见并制定计划；
- 维护客户关系，解答客户咨询，制定方案计划，协同完成团队目标；
- 为客户提供售前和售后的技术支持服务，解决客户在产品应用中出现的使用问题。
