职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

? Provide first level IT technical support to internal customers.
? Monitoring company IT System and service. Ensure IT services/network reliability and availability.
? Align with Visteon global standard to develop, update local IT supporting procedures/process.
? IT assets management. Develop, plan and execute hardware refresh (PC´s, peripheries, servers, storage and network equipment) and yearly physical inventory.
? Local servers and storages backup, patching and other maintenance activities.
? Works with global IT infrastructure team or vendor to deliver and maintain company standard IT infrastructure service such as AD, VoIP, Network device and workshop service.
? Coordinate with global infrastructure IT team and service provider to roll out various infrastructure projects.
? Act as the backup person for other infrastructure support functions.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
? At least 2 years hands on local IT support, including desktop/infrastructure support.
? Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably Automotive and/or Electronics industry
? Good Know-How in Windows Client / Windows Server operating systems
? Experience with Active Directory, Cisco Network equipment and Database Management systems
? Good knowledge in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Tools
? Business process & application know-how (e.g. ERP, MES/Traceability)
? Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
? Experience in implementing IT processes, policies and guidelines
? Professional English required
? Experiences with supporting IT project coordination
? Experiences with server/storage/VM management 举报 分享
