Centralized Services Centre (CSC) is the in-house outsourcing service provider of Panalpina Greater China. Our main activities are data entry and system processing.

To put CSC into function, we're looking for dynamic candidates to fill in the position of Data Entry & System Update Assistant. The right candidate should take the following responsibilities and fulfill requirements as stated:
1. Verify information provided by Customer and Internal stakeholders; update the office applications for reporting purposes.
2. Accurately enter data into various Panalpina systems (Track & Trace, Customer Order Management, etc.).
3. Address critical issues and offer solutions to optimize whole process.

Requirements & skills:
1. Education: College or above.
2. Language skills: Mandarin / Good spoken & written English (CET4 or above).
3. Work experience: 1-2 years in forwarding/logistics industry.
4. Good PC skill, preferably fast and accurate typing skill.
5. Independent and team work spirit, professional attitude and enthusiastic approach, willing to work under pressure.
