Key Tasks:
· Define project scope and clarify requirements
· Plan and control resources, timelines and deliverables
· Select, build and lead the project team
· Identify and assess stakeholders
· Develop project plans including WBS, budgets and schedules
· Manage and control project risks
· Manage project changes
· Keep projects on schedule and within budget
· Manage expectations and watch out / react to future trends
· Assure the achievement of the project goals
· Coordinate activities across multiple functions, incl. escalation management
· Ensure communication as well as change management and leadership
· Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and ensure that project documentation is complete.
· Scope definition
· Assignment of CSC project resources in close coordination with CSC operations managers
· Definition of migration schedules in close coordination with CSC operations managers
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the transport / freight forwarding / logistics field
· Solid understanding and knowledge of air & ocean freight
· Project Management skills
· Overall understanding of business processes and interdependencies
· Knowledge of process steering instruments
· Knowledge of business processes
· Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics
· Willingness to travel

Educational background / Work experience
