一、实习时间：不少于 4天/周，近期能上岗者，能长期实习者优先。

二、基本要求：

1、专业不限，人力资源管理、法学等相关专业优先；

2、年级不限，但能保证较长实习时间者优先；

3、熟练操作EXCEL和PPT等办公软件；

4、认真负责，耐心细致；

5、有人力资源相关实习经验者优先。

三、主要职责：

1、协助人事招聘、培训、绩效管理等相关基础工作；

2、协助人事相关流程的持续改进和优化。
