专业技能：必须具备全面的货代专业知识、丰富的工作经验、超强责任心、具备业务运作突发事件处理能力。
方案制定：根据空运业务产品特点，在了解市场需求的基础上，制定科学有效的销售方案。
日常管理：包括下属的工作安排（出口操作业务的安排）、业务知识培训，以不断提高部门员工工作效率及客服态度为目的。
业务拓展及维护：
有较强的业务拓展能力，市场敏感度；组织业务拓展计划，并有效实施。
负责维护客户、航空公司、同行业者及供应商等的关系。
业务分析：每月对空运出口（航线）经营情况进行统计分析。
运价掌握：及时掌握市场行情、最新空运运价以及公司业务量。
业务结算：按时、准确无误地做好整个项目的应收款催讨以及应付款核对工作，协助公司管理部门做好应收应付的账目核对检查工作。
客户服务：关注客户，搜集客户意见，以提高客服服务质量，减少投诉率为己任。
