对全公司生产物资的采购及委外加工；对供应商的选择和控制。
一、对全公司生产物资的进行采购及委外加工
1、根据生产任务编制采购计划，并跟踪实施，确保及时到位；
2、经过货比三家，采购合适的物资；
3、对采购物资不合格产品的处理；
4、对公司采购成本的控制与降低；
5、合理制定采购价格；
6、签订采购合同。

二、对供应商的选择和控制
1、按公司规定选择、评定及淘汰供应商；
2、以能保证产品质量为前提，选择和确定供应商；
3、对品保提出的不合格情况，要求供应商及时整改；
4、及时向总经理统计报告供应商供货状况、评价情况。
 
【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，机械制造及相关专业；
2、3年以上机械行业采购工作经验；
3、精通采购业务，沟通能力好，判断能力强；
4、具备一定的机械、电子相关基础知识；
5、协调、拓展能力强，能承受一定的工作压力；
6、熟悉长三角地区采购供应市场渠道。
