职位描述：
博梵（武汉）科技发展有限公司致力于在国内生产销售工业环保除尘器。公司在美国已有30年历史，专业生产除尘设备，并已拥有成熟的产品及市场,并取得专利注册。
现在国内诚聘一名总工程师进行产品开发，带领工程师助理，与现场工程经理配合，将产品系统地，全面地开发出来，并进行客户技术咨询等。

专业要求： Autocad熟练 （3D更好）
      有现场制作或工程施工等经验
      工程背景（机械/通风制作/环保等相关）
      英语熟练，能邮件口头沟通
      Microsoft office办公软件
      管理项目经验，有较强的项目组织管理能力

品性要求： 有积极地态度，遇到苦难努力解决，勤学善于自我提升
      忠实可信赖
      有团队合作精神，敢于负责有担当
      善于沟通，及时沟通，主动沟通
      肯吃苦，不拘泥于办公室办公
      接受国内外出差

PFC is a company aiming to be the leading dust collector brand in Chinese market. The head quarter Profab Metals has been in business in United States for over 30 years specifying in dust collection and job shops. The company has already developed its own product series and market as well as a patent design for the collectors. Currently company is in need of a top engineer manager to help with product development, engineering team management as well as providing full engineering assistance and customer consultancy.

Here's the traits of the engineer manager we are looking for:
Professional skills:
-- Master in Autocad (3D drawing favored)
--On site and manufacturing experience
--Engineering background (Mechanical/ ductwork and fabrication/ environmental related)
--Fluent in English Email and oral communication
--Project management experience.

Personality requirements:
--Positive attitude to accept challenges and problems
--Reliable and trustworthy
--Team work spirit. Responsible and willing to take in charge
--Good communication skills, prompt communication
--Hard working
--Willing to do domestic and international travel
