职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, interpret, prepare, review and evaluate moderately complex commercial agreements, inquiries and other legal documents to business transactions.
2. Provide legal support and advise in various fields in daily corporate affairs to ensure the business operations/transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Perform legal due diligence.
4. Supervise litigation with outside counsel.
5. Work with outside counsel and headquarter lawyers as a team to provide effective legal advice.
6. Provide training to business departments in legal awareness.
7. Participate in business negotiation where necessary.
8. Research laws and regulations.
9. Any other work requiring assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in PRC law.
2. Minimum 3 years legal professional experience in reputable law firm or MNC.
3. Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese, and professional in drafting and preparing legal documents in both languages.
4. Sense of prioritization, detail-oriented and strong time management.
5. Assertive, strong interpersonal skills and logic thinking.
