Location工作地点: Wuhan Area 武汉及其周边
Reporting汇报对象: The Quality Inspector reports to the Quality Control Manager 质量经理
Responsibilities职位描述:
? To conduct QC Inspections/testing/verifications of the production, in-process materials and finished products as required, in order to ensure that shipped products fulfill specifications and quality requirements. This also includes the checking of information for the products, shipping marks, etc.
? 对产品实施质量检验/测试/认证，以确保出运的货物符合技术规范和质量要求。（包括对产品的信息和唛头）
? To document inspection results for any inspection performed by completing accurate reports and inputting data into quality database.
? 检验结果的文档工作：准确地完成验货报告，并输入数据系统。
? To work with quality assurance staff to:
o Identify new inspection procedures and methods, or improve existing ones.
o Establish and maintain quality control metrics (by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports for performance measurement).
o Define quality requirements for all products.
o Manage possible quality claims with the suppliers.
? 与QA团队配合，完成以下工作：
o 对新产品，规范验货流程和方法；对现有产品，改善验货流程和方法。
o 建立并维护质量控制框架（通过收集相关数据，以及为供应商考核提供统计报告）。
o 为产品定义质量要求。
o 与供应商沟通，处理可能发生的质量投诉和索赔。
? To ensure calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment.
? 对检验用具进行校验和维护。
? Other quality related tasks as assigned by management.
? 其他与质量相关的工作。
Qualifications 岗位条件:
? Education 教育: College graduate with technical/engineering background. 大学专科或者以上学历；
? Able to read and understand specifications and blueprints. 能读懂理解产品规范和图解；
? Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges etc.) preferred. 熟悉尺寸检验工具如卡尺, 千分尺等
? Familiar with AQL standard. 熟悉AQL以及相关标准.
? Language 语言: Good working knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (CET level 4 or above). 良好的书面和口头英语能力；最好具备大学四级英语水平，或以上.
? Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel.
? Understanding of the technical components, materials, packaging, quality, etc. of disposable medical devices (e.g.: I.V Catheters, medical gloves, gauze and dressings, surgery gowns, etc) preferred.
? Working knowledge of Quality Systems and ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO13485) is a plus. 了解ISO9001、ISO13485、GMP等质量管理体系程序.
Experience researched 工作经验:
? 2-5 years of quality control experience with a manufacturer (or trading company) of disposable medical devices, with GMP experience preferable. 在制造业2年或以上的质量检验经验, 具有医疗行业GMP工作经验者优先考虑.
