岗位职责
1、开发经理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、分析客户需求，维护与指定公司关键顾客的关系，寻求机会发展新的业务；
3、负责物业的管理、参与和跟进项目进展；
4、建立管理数据库，跟踪分析相关信息；
5、向公司提供市场资讯及所属客户信息。

6、沟通技巧及娴熟的业务能力，文字功底佳者优先；
7、推进客户合作进展并完成定期的沟通报告；

8、对媒体有独到认识，对新媒体有关注；

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、2年以上销售行业工作经验，有客户经理工作经历者优先；
3、性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
4、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力。
