Roles and Responsibilities
– Actively search and engage Top 15 account end users
– Develop territory channel network and enable connection to end-users
– Achieve assigned territory sale out quota to USER.
– Develop territory biz growth strategies by penetrating vertical Market and recruiting new resseller
– Understand territory competition trends and Landscape
– Identify and document local needs (application and solution ) for business opportunity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder, passed sales training of key account and channel management
- At least 7 years sales experience at IT field, able to deal with channel conflicts
- Good skills of priority setting, planning,negotiation, analysis, presentation
- Common English level (all emails and certain level meetings will use English )
- Common computer software skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and teamwork spirit.
- Can frequently travel.
