Mechanical Design Engineer

Main Mission

· Participate all the phase of project development with machine design expert status, integrate all the finishing operation constraint and know-how for: product & component design, process & finishing machine quotation.

· Cooperate with Industrial Engineer; from technical side, pilot and manage the supplier for finishing machine design & manufacturing, ensure the set-up methodology and plant technician training in order to get a robust fuel tank production

· Participate the development of new finishing machine supplier

· Ensure the technical support for plant, and also the know-how transfer to plant

· Innovate, realize and ensure the reliability for new mechanical or machine conception. Ensure the technical exchanging with INERGY worldwide.

Qualification

· Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical & machine design; At least 3 years working experience

· Mastery of CAD software( UG or Solidworks(preferred) or Catia, Autocad)

· Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge

· Good material Knowledge (Ex: aluminum, steel, bronze…) and treatment

· Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic

· Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control

· Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY

· Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)

· Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide

· Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan

· Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
