JOB Summary

1. The product design Engineer plans and executes the product modeling (3D) & drawings (2D) activities to meet product and process design requirements within program timing and budget constraints.

2. Release CAD data (3D/2D) for tooling, fixture, finishing machine and other test & equipment designs.

Job Responsibility

3. Prepare design timesheet for assigned program.

4. Review all CAD data from OEM with PAE, Design Manager and other associates.

5. Initial product modeling to support to support quotation and customer technical presentation.

6. Perform all works such as modeling (3D) / Drawing (2D) in accordance with customer CAD environments / requirements and design guideline.

7. Execute volume/venting/gauging simulations with VEGA tools.

8. Release 3D/2D CAD data to customers such as OEM, mold shop, tier2 suppliers.

9. Must successfully complete all Inergy required training.

10. Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.

11. Support and follow the Inergy quality system.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or equivalent experience.

2. One to two years design experience preferred with CATIA and/or UG.

3. Good knowledge of Fuel System Design

4. Office Computer knowledge (MS Office)

5. Solid modeling and model surfacing with CATIA System

6. Ability to read/write engineering drawings.

7. English verbal, written communication skills.

8. Good understanding of development and quality process

9. Basic understanding of common technologies used in metrology, manufacturing and laboratory environments.

10. Willing to travel
