职位描述：
1. Lead a project quality assurance team; set project quality objectives (including HSE objectives); and lead the formation of the project quality assurance solution;
2. Develops a project quality assurance solution, and adopts quality management approaches such as quality planning, plan implementation monitoring, quality spot check and assessment, and issue-specific improvement to ensure the attainment of quality objectives;
3. Be responsible for ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with internal, customer & regulating agency documented procedures for all aspects of engineering development;
4. Support development test witness;
5. Participate in multidiscipline product development teams;
6. Provide expert guidance with respect to embedded system industry standards;
7. Be responsible for customer interface coordination and support with regard to customer procedure compliance, engineering/R&D process audits, product design configuration audits;
8. Supports continuous product and process improvement by conducting and providing expert guidance on root cause analysis techniques;
9. Investigate, and enable implementation of product or process corrections, retrospective and remediation action plans, and corrective and preventive actions;
10. Be responsible for the development of simple yet comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation;
11. Develop and provide training to engineering/R&D with regard to regulatory requirements;
12. Develop and provide training on internal & customer procedural compliance;
13. Review and maintain cognizance of site-based engineering processes, procedures, quality objectives, QMS, and tools.
14. Develop and implement quality metrics to drive product / process improvements;

Requirement
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering-related discipline from an accredited university or college;
2. Advocate for procedural discipline & high standards for engineering / design quality;
3. Engineering Quality Assurance experience;
4. Familiar with Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC etc.;
5. Familiar with ISO9001；2015 and IATF16949:2016 standard;
6. Demonstrated ability to influence others and willingness to explain processes/procedures to others;
7. Good English language skills in verbal, comprehension and writing

Preferred
1. Embedded system and/or computer, electronic related systems development or quality assurance experience;
2. Design quality verification experience of automotive electronics products; 举报 分享
