Requirements:
1/Bachelor degree, preferably within electronics.
2/Minimum 10 years experience within the Automotive industry with minimum 5 years experience on quality manager position.
3/Solid Knowledge of TS16949, ISO14000, 3C, ect..
4/ Experienced in internal audit. (system audit, process audit, product audit).
5/Experienced in electronics manufacturing, lighting manufacturing is preferred.
6/Well familiar with Automotive quality core tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
7/Strong knowledge in 8D method.
8/Well experienced to lead-quality improvement programs.
9/well interpersonal and communication skills.
10/Comfortable to lead and take part of team work.
11/Good pedagogic skills.
12/Good negotiations skills.
13/Strong implementation skill
14/Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirits.
15/Fluent English in oral and written.


JD:
1/Quality Assurance, TS16949/ISO14000/3C Quality System management and maintenance.
2/Line quality control process management.
3/Calibration Lab management.
4/Implement supplier audit.
5/Implement management review and prepare the management review report.
6/Schedule and implement internal audit. (system audit, process audit, product audit).
7/Follow corrective action after audit (internal audit and customer audit) and management review meeting.
8/Handle supplier PPAP approval process.
9/New raw material measurement (dimension, physical character, chemical analysis)
10/Prepare and update the control plan according to the FLOW CHART and PFMEA.
11/Review flow chart, FMEA, control plan with engineering department.
12/Collect the PPAP document and finish the PPAP package.
13/Quality record control and archive room management.
