职位描述：
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manufacturing process development and continuous improvement; engineering support to solve the quality issues.


？ Assistance the Value stream Manager to analysis the process performance (e.g. cycle time, OEE etc) of the production line in order to set correct improvement target.
？ Manage issuing, updating and visual management of process documents which are percent the shop floor according to the SOPs or Control Plan of each product.
？ Assistance the engineering department and product engineer to develop the process for new projects, such as equipment and tooling/fixture design, development, and acceptance according to the process design which provided by PE;
？ Assistance the trail out of PPAP for new products in terms of guarantee the machine and process conditions are in line with process design of APQP and suggestion of process improvement but no responsible for process design which is the job of PE.
？ Physically follow the new parts production trials, validate and confirm that the trail out result can prove that the mass production meets product specifications, and quality targets for each operation.
？ Prepare and update process documents, like process flow chart, work instruction, and process specifications;
？ Involvement in the PFMEA, control plan development and updating;
？ Solve the process issues during the new project trials, like improvement on tooling/fixture, optimization of process parameters, and updating the process documents;
？ Lean manufacturing implementation through cellular layout, Kaizen, quick changeover, standardized operation, Takt time, etc.;
？ Involvement in process continuous improvement regarding product quality and efficiency, waste reduction, and EHS;
？ Involvement and support 5S improvement, be responsible for material handling system design and improvement;
？ Issue the schedule and standard of tooling maintenance.
？ Assist with customer complaints investigation, be responsible for process problem solving;
？ Assist with Engineering changes in terms of validation support, document control;
？ Resolve the problems during normal production and response to find out the root causes and define the short term countermeasure and long term countermeasure and standardize it. And lead the specific projects of problem resolving.
？ Provide the technical support in TPM activities. Support the production team to issue the total productive maintenance standard and critical spare part list.
？ Provide process training to new staff, including operators;
？ Obtained training or self study to maintain knowledge and skills level to meet business development requirements;
？ Reviewing and understanding of statistical data analysis in support of above activities, consideration and recommendations for next activity steps based on conclusions drawn;
？ Follow the EHS regulations of the company


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Related engineering college degree is required.
? Work experience within a manufacturing environment.
? Minimum of 2 years product / process engineering essential.
? Capable of operating a CAD system.
? Familiar with Microsoft Offices packages, particularly Word, Excel and Power point.
? Good communication skills.
