职位描述：
1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，搭建物流体系；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、计划、组织和实施公司所有的物流管理工作；
4、与货代接洽保证装船出货，降低整体运输成本，跟踪物流进展，及时反馈，解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的各类问题，；
5、负责发货、装箱和集港等相关协调；
6、积极的内部沟通，准备货运相关资料；
7、完成部门负责人交办的其它工作。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，管理类、物流类相关专业；
2、3年以上物流相关领域管理工作经验，有中大型企业物流管理工作经历者优先；
3、熟悉物流管理业务流程，有丰富的流程管理操作技能；
4、熟悉空/海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；
5、熟悉ERP及物流信息管理系统并有实施经验；
6、良好的沟通及谈判能力，团队管理能力，独立工作能力强，能承受较大工作压力。
7、熟悉EXCEL、WORD等办公软件的操作；
