职位描述：
保修专员负责依据保时捷中国的规定管理保修旧件及保修文件。配合售后车间搜集相关保修及索赔相关的数据，定期向保时捷中心及保时捷中国提交保修有关的相关报告以及返款确认。

职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 处理和解决保修索赔项目，建立保修档案
2. 管理保修旧件，及时返还保时捷德国总部（保时捷中国）要求的保修配件
3. 核对保修申请数量，确认保时捷中国返还的索赔费用。确认保时捷认可保修的数量与类型，确认保时捷认可保修的费用与道路救援费用

Position Characteristics:
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for dealing with all the warranty parts and warranty documents. S/he also collects relevant warranty and claim data from the workshop, submits relevant reports and red-letter notification to Porsche Centre and Porsche China.

Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Deal with and settle warranty claims, and set up warranty files
2. Deal with warranty parts, and return to Porsche AG or Porsche China in a timely manner
3. Verify the quantity of warranty claims, confirm the claim amounts returned by Porsche China. Confirm the quantity and types of POW, as well as the expenses on POW and
4. roadside assistance


任职资格：
教育背景：最低学历为大专;具备有关专业大学本科学历者优先

行业背景：至少1-2年类似职位工作经验，有汽车行业售后,尤其是保修工作经验者优先

其他任职要求：
候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；
热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
形象气质佳；
热爱保时捷产品及服务：
兼具独立工作能力和团队合作能力

Education: College degree required, university degree is preferred

Industry background：
?At least 1-2 years' experience in similar position; ?Candidates with experience in automobile after sales, especially warranty department preferred

Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
