Responsibilities(岗位职责):
1.Responsible for the choice of supplier, transmit company's quality requirement;
参与实施公司对供应商的选择、取消，传递公司的质量要求
2.Responsible for supplier's quality management, follow up supplier's quality issues and quality improvement;
参与公司组织的供应商质量管理，跟踪供应商质量问题的解决和质量改进
3.According to purchasing department 's application, conduct quality review of new supplier, maintenance the list of qualified suppliers, establish the related files;
根据采购部门的申请，组织对新供应商实施质量评审，参与维护合格供应商清单，建立相关档案
4.Organize the training of the supplier, regular review suppliers' capability and promote supplier's self-perfection;
组织实施对供应商的培训，对常规的供应商能力评审和考评，并推动供应商的自我完善
5.Promote the suppliers to carry out ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 and the related provisions of ISO14001;
推动供应商执行ISO9000、ISO/TS16949质量体系及ISO14001的相关条款
6.Quality planning of product development;
产品开发前期质量策划
7.Maintenance and promote company's quality system, follow up the completion of quality objectives (product quality, technique of production, department work flow etc. ) ;
公司质量体系维护和推进，组织落实各项质量目标（产品质量、生产工艺、部门流程等）的完成，贯彻质量方针
8.On-site check to prevent quality accidents, solve the on-site quality problems, investigate quality accident and submit the analysis report;
现场巡检预防质量事故的发生，解决现场的质量问题，参与质量事故的调查并编制分析报告
9.Participate in the analysis of product flaw, follow up the solution process;
参与产品缺陷及故障分析并进行跟踪处理
10.Take charge of the training of quality management system to the company staff;
负责组织并实施对公司的员工质量管理体系知识的培训
11.Assist relevant department to fanalize company's product quality standard;
协助公司相关部门制订公司的产品质量标准

Qualifications(任职资格):
1.Major of Mechanical，Bachelor degree or above;
机械类专业本科学历；
2.More than 3 years working experience of quality management and supplier management;
至少3年以上品质管理经验及供应商管理经验；
3.Familiar with ISO9000,ISO,TS16949, quality management and relevant tools,supplier evaluation;
熟悉ISO9000、ISO/TS16949质量管理知识；熟悉质量管理方法及工具；熟悉供应商考评方法及流程
4.Received training of production management, quality management and product knowledge; familiar with the five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA); familiar with computer office automation software applications, can use CAD, CATIA and so on;
受过生产管理、品质管理、产品知识等方面的培训；掌握质量五大工具(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)；熟悉计算机办公自动化软件的应用,会使用CAD,CATIA等工程软件；
5.Good communication and cooperation skills and team spirit, high level of honesty and integrity;
良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神，为人正直
