Job Title
Customer Shared Service Centre Intern

Location
Guangzhou

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support TM in improvement projects
- Support CS in report analysis / research – direction from Team Manager
- Support CS in improving billing initiatives / improvement projects Reporting
- Provide relevant admin support to business events and activities
Qualifications:
- Fluent written English, minimum CET4
- Computer skills - Well knowledge of MS office, esp Excel
- Pursuing Bachelor degree in any discipline – has competencies in analytical and planning skills
- Good time management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and a team work player
