工作职责：
1.定时整理经销商及客户反应的问题，做成书面报告.
2.测试本公司所有人机产品及软件，并对这些产品及软件功能提出测试报告，并提交研发部门研究改进.
3.学习熟悉其他品牌人机产品或图控软件，了解对手优缺点，提出建议报告.
4.能为客户规划项目，对于搭配HMI周边如PLC仪表,网络,服务器变频器,pc base有深入技术知识.
5.针对目前人机应用，提出书面报告.
6.担任说明公司产品性能，软件详细功能，并能够对内部人员及外部客户进行教育训练工作.
7.发布说明文件及手册，提供客户方便收取参考.
FAE工程师须具备以下能力:
1. 至少2种以上可编程逻辑控制器（programmable logic controller，plc）的编程能力及经验.
2. 对于本公司或其它相关触摸屏及组态软件有编程能力及经验.
3. 有网页html设计能力及技术文件编写能力优先录取.
4. 能够配合公司要求出差.
5. 普通话表达能力清晰.
6. 具备基础英文沟通及书写能力.
