职位描述：
Qualifications & Experience:
1.The incumbent should have a degree, preferably a post-graduate degree in food science, chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition or business administration with at least 5 years of working experience in the food industry in a business management or business development role
2.An entrepreneur and business minded manager with a broad scientific knowledge base who is able to set priorities, and meet timetables leading to the attainment of goals.
3.Strong track record of managing customers and projects. Demonstrated ability to generate sustainable sales growth and profits
4.Ability to identify the problems and needs of customers and the food industry. Effectively generate and successfully manage projects from conception to closure to deliver value added solutions to customers
5.An in-depth understanding of the fats & oils, processed meat, beverages, seasonings & sauces, snacks & processed nuts, baking, food services and related food ingredient marketplace including food producers as well as ingredient suppliers to the industry
6.A proven record of positive business relationship development in the food or an allied industry.
7.A good understanding of the chemical and biological sciences as they apply to the production of food products
8.Experience as an effective manager, project team player, leader and motivator; and the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with peers and all levels of management
9.Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
10.Excellent problem solving skills
11.A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency
Responsibilities
?Develop Kemin downstream food ingredient business in China; involve in product development, implement marketing and sales strategies for the downstream (food ingredient) sector.
?Launch of Kemin China natural antioxidants, preservatives and KFT’s product portfolio for food applications, including but not limited to fats & oils, beverages, processed meats, seasonings & sauces, snacks & processed nuts and bakery product applications
?Identify prospective market segment and customers and develop penetration plan
?Develop customer-based strategic plans for new and existing customers
?Establish relationship and build partnership with customers and distributors
?Make technical sales presentations on Kemin programs/products
?Negotiate, close sale and implementation follow. Enhance relationship-building and growth after the sale
?Frequent interaction and communication with the commercial and research/product development teams, target customers, Kemin China support functions and Kemin Food Technologies China executive leadership
?Implementation of strategic plans to ensure their success
?To achieve annual sales target and manage expense budgets
?Develop strategic relationships with key customers and industry groups to strengthen the integration of Kemin China into the downstream food ingredient component of the integrated food industry 举报 分享
