工作地点在上海或北京。
? Manage user and service accounts along with associated permissions, both within Active Directory and within other production systems
? Troubleshoot Windows 2003 Server issues including authentication, permission, and server performance issues
? Administer DNS, IIS, TS & GPOs for production and development environments
? Administer the Siebel Business Applications production environment
? Maintain accurate systems documentation
? Troubleshoot end-user and system performance issues on the Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (CCA) Telephony integration system

? 3+ years experience managing Windows Active Directory-based domains
? Working troubleshooting knowledge of common Windows-related protocols, e.g. Kerberos, NTLM, DNS, LDAP/S, Global Catalog
? Working knowledge of Unix-like operating systems, e.g. user and permissions management, shell scripting, cron, init.d management
? Either:
o 2+ years experience administering Siebel 7.0 or later systems or
o 2+ years experience administering SQL database systems including proficiency with SQL DML and DDL
? Expertise with network protocol analyzers (Ethereal/Wireshark, tcpdump, etc…)
