Job Description：
Assist operational staff with service issues, customer enquiries & operational issues, relating to Key Accounts.
Create and maintain a relationship with key personnel (within the Key Accounts). Facilitate the contact and relationship between a.hartrodt Shanghai and the Key Accounts also at operational and finance dep. level.
Create & maintain SOPs for each account.
Develop and improve the general knowledge of Key Accounts’ products and processes among operational department.
Monitor Business implementation processes
Report as required on KPI's for each account and provide management with statistics, process data, prepare KPI reports and meeting/QBR presentations.
Co-ordinate the tender preparations at China side (collect rates and information)
Schedule regular visits with Key customers
Quote and offer for ad-hoc inquiries; develop the Key Account business
Qualification：
Knowledge of the general handling of the Key Accounts business
Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding and sales environment
Experience in client liaison, service providers and international partners
Good knowledge of the route to be developed as well as the regulations & laws pertaining to international trade with Shanghai
Good knowledge of and experience of an operational computer system
Level 2 Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook 举报 分享
