一、工作职责：

1、负责扩建项目中的焊接质量管理，使其达到项目预期；

2、建立焊接管理体系并执行；

3、为员工及供应商提供培训；

4、支持CQQ；

5、评估业绩，并激励下属以达到超过预期的效果。

二、任职资格和专业技能

教育

本科或以上学历，机械相关背景；

焊接质量控制相关知识。

经验

至少有3年的相关工作经验。

专业能力 （与工作相关）

1、熟悉啤酒厂现场施工焊接质量管理控制，特别是奥氏体不锈钢的焊接；

2、扎实的计划和管理能力；

3、自信主动，逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的沟通技能；

4、熟练的计算机操作技能，英语达四级水平。
