该职位在技术层面领导团队接手新特性开发，缺陷修复以及功能增强。能够理解不同特性在系统中使用，以及用户网络中的实施。能够将不同的功能分解成小的模块单元，并在技术层面上支持整个开发团队的设计，开发以及测试。
应聘者应具备：
? 15年以上嵌入式通讯系统开发经验；
? 有非常好的C++开发经验；
? 流利的英文交流能力；
? 5年以上北美外资中国分部工作经历，或北美工作经历；
? 技术层面的成功的领导能力；
? 能够到北美的分部出差1-3个月，学习本公司相关产品的知识，并能够将该知识带回武汉与其他成员分享；
? 非常熟悉一下的几种通讯系统相关协议：SPT, ERPS, SNMP, TL1, Ethernet Services, and ECFM ；
? 对broadcom的交换芯片以及其他的交换芯片非常熟悉，包括SDK；
Responsibilities will include:
The goal of this position is to have someone who can lead the team at the technical level to take general feature, bug, and enhancement requests, understand how they would work in our system and our customer networks, decompose them into actionable development units, and support the development engineers through the design, development, and testing processes.
The successful candidate will possess:
?1. 15+ years of embedded telecommunications experience
2. Very strong C++ design and implementation experience
3. Very fluent spoken and written English
4. 5+ years working for North America-based telecommunications company in China or North America
5. Track record of technical leadership of successful projects
6. An ability to come to BTI facilities in North American for extended periods of time (1-3 months) to become fully immersed in the internals of the product and the use cases of the features. This experience would then be taken back to share with the other Wuhan team members.
7. Specific experience with several of the following technologies: SPT, ERPS, SNMP, TL1, Ethernet Services, and ECFM
8. Experience working with Broadcom or other Ethernet switching chips and their SDKs.
