岗位职责：
? 为BTI系统公司的光包产品制订系统层面的测试计划，并执行；
? 隔离、复制，解决产品问题；
? 建立并调试自动测试环境；
? 记录测试进展并按要求录入错误报告；
? 推荐改进方案以减少验证时间、提高测试覆盖率；
? 开发、维护并执行测试计划以确保发布软件的质量。

应聘者应具备：
? 计算机、电气工程或计算机科学学士学位或文凭，2至3年电信级以太网产品测试经验；
? 熟练掌握光网络概念方面的知识；
? 熟悉自动化测试方法；
? 熟悉软件开发周期；
? 具有 Ixia、Spirent或Agilent 测试设备方面的经验；
? 充分认识电信级以太网标准802.1ad, 802.1ah, 802.1ag；
? 熟悉IP L3协议如：MSTP、 OSPF、LACP；
? 熟悉城域以太网标准MEF9和MEF14；
? 具有TCL或类似自动化测试脚本经验者最佳；
? 良好的英语口语表达和书面写作能力；
? 具有个人追求成功的动力；
? 能履行所赋予的职责；
? 团队合作精神；
? 具有热情、自我激励的素质；
? 在被阻隔时能独立、富于创造性地工作；
? 良好的组织纪律性；
? 精通MS word、 Excel 和基本的IP网路知识。
Responsibilities include:
? Creating and executing system level test plans for BTI Systems packet optical products;
? Isolating, duplicating and resolving problems with products;
? Setup and debug automated test environments;
? Recording testing progress and entering bug reports as required;
? Recommending alternative methods to improve verification time and test coverage;
? Developing, maintaining and executing test plans to maintain high quality software releases.

The successful candidates will possess:
? Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science coupled with 2-3 years of experience testing carrier Ethernet products;
? Strong knowledge of optical networking concepts;
? Good understanding of automation methodologies for testing;
? Good understanding of software development cycles;
? Experience with one of Ixia, Spirent or Agilent test equipment is required;
? Excellent understanding of Carrier Ethernet standards 802.1ad, 802.1ah, 802.1ag;
? Good understanding of IP L3 protocols such as MSTP, OSPF, LACP;
? Good understanding of Metro Ethernet Standards MEF9 and MEF14;
? Automation scripting in TCL or equivalent is a definite asset;
? Strong English verbal and written skills are required;
? Personal drive to succeed;
? Ability to deliver on given responsibilities;
? Team oriented working habits;
? Enthusiastic and self motivated;
? Able to work independently and creatively when blocked;
? Must be organized;
? Must be proficient in MS word, Excel and basic IP networking.
