职位描述：
Key Duties/Activities
 Broad Activities:
 
1. Safety. To manage projects and developments within the Edwards safety framework and meeting Edwards and national safety standards. To undertake engineering audits to ensure hubs are operating within EHS requirements. To act to ensure hubs maintain their Licence. And certifications.
2. Quality: To ensure the standard operating processes and methods are delivered. To identify, develop and conduct engineering improvements and initiatives, and ensure changes improve the internal and external quality of the products and all changes are controlled and documented to standard.

3. Delivery: Implements new product capability (NPI & Existing) & process capability to meet the business need on time and in line with forecast and plan.

4. Cost: To Support cost reductions projects and implementations, and control project cost within budget. Is involved in BPI, Lean, Materials usage projects, and leading Kaizen activities

5. People: To Review, Hubs activities and development of workshop engineers ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. To ensure that hub personnel have the required skills and knowledge associated with remanufacturing. Work with the Ops team to ensure the personnel are adequately trained (IPD).

6. Environment: to identify environmental projects to reduce the impact on the environment of hub activities in a cost effective manner. Manage hub facility PM schedule and coordinate with Mfg team, support ESH

c) Keeps his working place and equipment in order and in the line with the 6S system principles
d) Shows active approach towards broadening knowledge and qualification
e) Active approach to BPI and partnership building
f) Follows internal guidelines of the employer and generally applicable regulations

MFG Eng,(Method, Time, production layout) BPI, Kaizen (and problem solving tools), 6S, Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Excel, Word, SAP, AUTOCAD Lt, Project, internet, orientation in IT processes.

 Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
 
University ¡V technical degree
or Technical training / apprenticeship

 Experience:
 
3-5 years without degree, 1-2 years with a degree post degree as an Mfg engineer undertaking manufacturing product support and product and process introduction projects.
Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), electrical and mechanical equipment used in building and production facilities. 举报 分享
