岗位职责：
1、参与极具影响力的原创性互动产品的规划构思和创意 有效的平衡网站易用性和美观性 与产品团队密切沟通，用视觉语言描述产品。
2、负责互动产品的界面原型,优化、评估和界面测试等
3、根据项目或产品的需要，协助进行宣传方面的平面设计工作

岗位要求：
1.、好的视觉感觉，善于用视觉来表达想法，能感知使用者所看到的。
2、有自我审视的耐心。
3、善于沟通,能和团队紧密协作。
4、有原创的个人作品。
5、熟悉网页设计及动画、多媒体产品相关设计研发过程
6、本科以上学历，艺术设计,工业设计、数字媒体及相关设计专业


优先条件：
有网页设计经验，在IT或者传媒行业的设计工作经验更佳
美术、设计教育背景者
好的手绘功底者

vivmotion designs and developes consumer and business products for a global audience. Our product portfolio spans from interactive performance solution to gaming for kids. From concept to the end consumer experience you will be responsible for designing products and services for personal computing, interaction, and entertainment scenarios.

Responsibilities:
? Deliver compelling design solutions.
? Develop innovative interaction, and visual interface.
? Strive for excellence in design, user, quality and craftsmanship of product design solutions.
? Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to execute on overall project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
? Help to manage the industrial design implementation process
? Develop competency around materials and processes to be able to implement new materials and finishes

Specific Skills
? Experience with IT/Media working
? Familiarity with PS/AI/3d/AE
? Passion for technology innovation in consumer products.
? Experience working with Industrial design team as a plus

Qualifications:
? Bachelor or higher Degree in Visual Design, Digital Media, Industrial Design or any relative field.
