? Main activities:
- Develop new sales accounts or business of Japanese customers in China.
- Gradually take over existing Japanese business of Delfingen China and develop new business with the existing key accounts.
- Assess potential business with new prospects as listed by Sales Director.
- Act as a “bridge” between contacts in Japan (Delfingen Japan, customers HQ in Japan) and customer factories in China. Travel to Japan, and exchange regular market information with Japan.
- Attend trade fairs and further promotional venues in Japan and China.
- Follow up and assist in solving after-sales complaints from Japanese or Sino-Japanese customers in China.
- Together with Product Application Engineer, organize techdays for Japanese OEM’s and harness makers in China.
- Follow up new projects and build up sales estimates with the Japanese and Sino-Japanese customers in China.
- Assist Chinese and Japanese Delfingen colleagues in oral and written translation whenever necessary (Delfingen plant Japanese audit…).

? Qualifications:
- Should be fluent in oral and written Japanese language, English could be the working language.
- Education level : Bachelor degree and above.
- Experience in serving Japanese customers in any former positions (technical or sales) is required.
- Sales relations and customer networks related to Japanese harness makers and/or OEM in China will be a significant advantage for the position.
- Good command of basic software and office tools (excel, word, ppt…).

? Working conditions (travel, working hours):
From Monday to Friday included, 8 hours a day, at least 40% of his/her time to be spent at meetings with customers, occasional travels outside Shanghai to meet with customers in neighbouring provinces and to visit our Delfingen production sites whenever required for the business.
