职位描述：
This main job for this position is to providing hardware and software technical support to customers, and onsite commissioning and installation of GrassValley broadcast products. The services role requires hands on implementation, with an ability to review the workflow and system designs. While the support role requires to taking owner of the issues might arise after the system deployed and closely follow up the case until the case has resolved. You will also need to interact with Sales, Engineering, System Integrators and other Service representatives to address issues to help drive jobs to success.
 This role primary focus on infrastructure, routers, switchers, master control system and monitoring system, knowledge with broadcast automations system is preferable. Experienced in system integration and large project implementation and will be highly considered.

 Job details:
? Must be highly customer focused.
? Must be flexible and easily able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
? Support projects as assigned and ensure successful implementation.
? Establish and maintain good working relations with customers and dealers. Raise critical issues to L2 support, service manager and project manager as required.
? Define potential product and/or customer application quality issues. Help to resolve those via call centre, field engineering or cross function team.
? Work together with other field engineers across the regions
? Deliver customer training on various products when required.
? Must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to multitask.
? Must have strong follow-up and administration skills.
? Assist operationally on more complex installations.
? Work together with local sales team on system proposals.
? Have an open eye. Provide information on possible sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies
? Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Broadcasting or related field.
? Minimum 5 or more years’ experience in broadcast equipment system design, installation, configuration and integration.
? Possess extensive working experience in production and playout solutions, either with manufacturers/system integrators, or with TV stations.
? Knowledge of the principles and practices of broadcast engineering.
? Knowledge of principles of digital and analogue communication systems.
? Knowledge of the usage, design, installation and maintenance of technical broadcast systems.
? Negotiating and influencing skills are required to work through others not directly managed.
? Ability to converse and read in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
? Able to travel within China and APAC region. Frequent travel is required.
