职位描述：
1. Follow up annual supplier audit plan, audit supplier by regular overall quality assurance system and follow up the AVL supplier improvement and corrective actions.
2. Build and train up the IQC team to enhance the inspection knowledge and skills to fulfill the material, semi-finished and finished goods quality conformance and inspection effective.
3. Initiate MRB review meeting and process on incoming issues and follow up supplier corrective/preventative actions with official CAR/8D.
4. Follow up the ECN and any changes notice’s implementation in supplier side.
5. Report the suppliers’ performance to company regularly to review and make decisions in supply chain; provide the constructive suggestions on supplier selections.
6. Follow up new part qualification plan, and conduct supplier audit to ensure CTQ of components are meeting the specification and the supplier’s processes are capable and stable.
7. Participate new supplier investigation, selection and assessment and drive for supplier quality improvement to meet customer expectation.
8. Handle component quality issues found during production or in the field with suitable containment action, corrective /preventive actions in place to secure the production is running smoothly.

Requirement
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics industries and supply chain quality management
2. Familiar with electronics parts, PCB and packing material, EMS processing engineering and quality standards
3. BS degree in electronics or engineering discipline
4. Proven ability and performance record in supplier and program quality control and improvement activities
5. Strong problem analysis, resolving and handling abilities
6. Good English language skills in verbal, comprehension and writing
7. Willing to travel for business and solve the problems on different supplier site. 举报 分享
