1.日常电话接听、沟通及反馈；

2.协助部门相关信息的收集、统计及数据库维护及完善；
3.协助部门内部各种文件、资料的整理及保管，协助制作部门相关文档及表单；
4.协助部门之间的联络、沟通、协调、配合等工作；

职位要求：

1.大学本科以上

2.具备一定的英语能力，大学四级以上

3.服务意识强，具备独立处理解决问题的能力；
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力，对工作有强烈的责任心；
5.会使用Office excel, word, ppt等常用办公软件

6.每周保证能来3天以上

CIMA China office - based in Shanghai is one of the four regional offices in the world. We are looking for a highly motivated and self driven individual to form part of the team.
