职位描述：
工作职责：

- 分析工单决定物料需求和操作工序
- 领取生产所需物料
- 培训工人操作设备完成所需工序
- 执行生产、质量和客户服务相关标准来达到生产要求
- 检查物料、产品和设备，发现缺陷、故障和质量问题
- 改进工作流程，减少停工时间，分析延误，使用5S，六西格玛，持续改进等工作方法
- 执行公司流程和规定，保持安全和健康的工作环境
- 就人员和生产相关问题与各部门员工沟通

任职要求：

- 本科以上学历，机械相关专业
- 至少五年以上制造行业生产管理经验，最好是汽车行业
- 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel
- 了解5S和质量管理
- 良好的英语口语和书写能力
- 精力旺盛、以流程为导向，能够与内外各层次人员保持良好沟通

Job Responsibility:
- Analyze work orders to determine need for supplies and sequence of operations required.
- Requisition supplies required for production within the allotted budget.
- Train workers, as needed, in prescribed work process and operation of equipment.
- Meet production operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects, malfunctions or quality issues.
- Improve workflow by eliminating stoppages; analyzing delays; trying new methods such as 5S, 6 Sigma, etc, using continuous improvement techniques.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Communicate with management and other personnel on employee and production related issues.

Requirements:
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable automotive industry.
- Know well office software especially Excel
- 5S management and quality management knowledge
- Good English in writing and listening
- Energetic, process-oriented, able to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts 举报 分享
