职位描述：
Major Accountabilities:
？Lead production floor workforce to achieve operation goals in terms of Quality, Volume and Cost
？Leverage resources and drive multi-disciplinary team of Engineering Assistants/technicians/line leaders to meet QVC goals
？Hire and develop production line leaders
？Drive production floor continuous improvement, implement lean/Kaizen initiatives
？Implement company policies and operating system
？Manage manufacturing expense forecast and budget
？Improve 5S/discipline to meet company/customer audit requirement
？Manage people attrition
？Support new program launch and build
？Comply to reporting system according to company requirement

Key Required Qualification
？Bachelor degree or above in electronic related engineering.
？Over 5 years’ experience in PCBA, electronics or auto industry.
？Over 3 years’ production floor supervisory experience
？Good communication and presentation skill in English
？Willing to work in shift
？Can work under pressure
