1. 完成指定T2区域销售指标
2. 维护及发展T2区域客户
3. 制定T2区域销售网点发展规划
4. 制定OSRAM在T2区域的品牌营销及市场发展策略
工作职责：
1. 制定OSRAM在T2区域的品牌营销及市场发展策略
2. 制定区域销售网点发展规划; 大客户发展项目及T2区域发展计划.
3. 制定T2区域产品促销活动.
4. 监督销售网点的发展进度，推动T2及其他区域销售业绩
5. 挖掘及促进T2区域销售及批发市场新客户
6. 搜集并反馈市场信息
7. 为大客户提供产品知识及销售技巧培训以提高他们的销售能力
8. 根据预算控制销售团队日常费用
9. 管理及监督销售团队以实现销售目标并负责应收账款的收回
10. 定期制定销售预测
11. 为T2区域销售代表及客户提供产品知识、市场营销和销售技巧方面的指导及帮助
12. 定期拜访客户以维护现有客户

Currently, we have an electronic factory (OSRAM LCS) in Panyu, a display optic lamp factory (OSRAM Kunshan Display Optic Co., Ltd.) in Kunshan, our lamp factory in Foshan, the OSRAM Representative Office in Shanghai, a Global Purchasing Office and recently a Design Center, both located at Foshan. We have a combined workforce of more than 6000 people.
