职位描述：
Purpose of the Job
By working closely with local and regional management organisations, prioritise the improvements and corrective actions required to deliver workshop service to Edwards policy and best practice, in China. Develop and agree the necessary plans and projects, with timetables, required for this with the operations manager and senior management of the region and any other parts of Edwards as necessary.
A key to this success will be the quality of the local resources. This may be affected by lack of training, focus, skills or calibre. Appropriate actions should be recommended, agreed and implemented

 Key Duties/Activities
Development and implementation of organisation improvement strategies
Generation and control of capital and revenue budgets;
Man management, including recruitment and training;
Support customer contact and negotiations;
International operations experience;
ISO9000 ,ISO14000& OHSAS18000 implementation;
Safety Management (Risk Control Element, Safety roadmap, Behaviour safety );
Support and development of customer support programmes;
Knowledge of semiconductor or similar high technology industries;
Proven ability to network within a complex organisation as appropriate to meet varying circumstances;
VTPS(Vacuum Technique Production System) implementation
To assist in the definition of, and subsequently deliver service agreed targets which ensure customer satisfaction and are consistent with Edwards policies
Work with other departments to ensure that the customer perceives our sales and service as a seamless offering.
To ensure that the key measurable, as defined for service, are reported in a timely manner and are to budget or target. To instigate improvement initiatives that addresses any variances and / or improves the targets.
To manage the policy for service facilities in China supporting customer needs efficiently and cost effectively and meeting corporate requirements for functionality, environment, hath and safety.
To develop the fundamental quality of the workshop service engineering team, agreeing the scope of the engineering function and performing the required training.
To ensure the China service workshop operations meet the required standards for quality, especially, ISO 9000 certification, and service centre licensing.
To assist in the development, monitoring, and management of revenue (service sales and cost) and capital budgets.
Establish and maintain clear communication channels intra/internationally.
Ensure that the safety rules as states by the Loss Prevention Department are enforced and adhered to.
To manage and monitor the RCE process and actively participate in ongoing actions to ensure compliance.
 Direct management of facilities at Shanghai, Beijing, Xian and ShenZhen

  Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
  
Graduate in Engineering or Scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Englsih
ISO900,ISO14001,and/or OHSAS18000
  
  Experience:
 
3 to 5 years of practical experience in after sales or within a service operations environment.
Relevant experience of supervision or coordination of the activities of other members of a team to achieve agreed objectives.
Knowledge of Edwards products and vacuum technology
Knowledge of Edwards service organisation and operating practices
Experience of interactions with others with language and cultural differences
