职位描述：
Job responsibility:

1. Work with HR team in Developing and implementation of Campus HR strategy to Support Campus growth. including and not limited to compensation and benefit program, recognition and incentives, employee relations, talent development and deployment, organization development, headcount planning , etc.
2. Provide leadership and technical direction to assure that HR is viewed as an excellent source of problem resolution, teamwork support and fairness/diversity.
3. Work with TA team on talent requisition to provide high caliber people for immediate and future needs, facilitate the OLR/PMP processes at the focus area to build talent & organizational capability, ensure talent is being developed and distributed throughout the organization.
4. Work with the team on Establishing and maintaining rewards systems that attract, motivate and retain quality employees and support business objectives.
5. Facilitate training needs assessment for employees that support the changing needs of the business. Act as change agent to facilitate new initiatives within the organization. Assist with continuous improvement efforts.
6. Counsel and coach focus area leadership on critical issues impacting the business and /or work environment. Encourage open door policy and counsel employees that have concerns / issues.
7. Provide leadership to employee communications process. Facilitate employee surveys. Assist business Leader to promote team spirit and high level of morale.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 6+ year experience in human resource management, 3+ year in Supervisor/Manager position in multination manufacturing environment
3. Fluent English in both oral and written.
