OVERVIEW:
Working within the SCM Development, Operations department as Junior SAP B1 Specialist within SSAB APAC in order to implement and develop skills within

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participating in development and implementation of an agile and lean BASE set-up, which are based on SSAB One, our continuous improvement principles
Creating end user documentation Guidelines and How-to-use
Sharing knowledge and training end users within BASE
Creating routines for restore and troubleshooting
Being a part of the Helpdesk team
Supporting to update master data within BASE
Based upon roles and responsibilities ensuring correct access rights are set on BASE users
Actively participating in BASE-Process coordinator forum and over time taking a more leading role
Cross-BA initiatives: Sharing knowledge and contributing to increase the transparency and performance between BA within the logistics area

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in IT Systems Science or equivalent major
Equivalent work experience and education will be considered, advanced degree and relevant professional training preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with modern ERP system
Having working experience about databases
Basic knowledge of supply chain management
Experience from working in a multi-site and -country environment is preferred
