Job Description (岗位职责)：

1、对货物的报关进度的跟踪，协调和对突发情况的处理

2、整理、审核报关单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排***事宜；

3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；

4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作；

Qualification（任职资格）

1、专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；

2、5年以上报关相关领域业务操作经验；

3、熟悉报关操作流程，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；

4、电脑操作熟练；

5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神；

6、沟通/协调/预判能力良好；

7、有驾照，会驾驶；
